POSITION OVERVIEW

The Marketing Manager role is pivotal in developing, executing, and optimising multi-channel marketing campaigns that strengthen our brand presence and drive engagement across the venue, events, and residencies.

The ideal candidate will bring strong creative, strategic and operational marketing experience, an in-depth understanding of nightlife and electronic music culture, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, creative environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As Marketing Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing activity across assigned brands, events, and residencies. Responsibilities include:

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for our venues and event brands that align with company goals and creative direction.

  • Collaborate with senior management to translate business objectives and strategies into clear campaign plans, KPIs, and deliverables.

  • Manage and maintain detailed campaign calendars, ensuring all activity runs to schedule and within budget.

Campaign Execution

  • Oversee full campaign lifecycles — from concept through delivery — across digital, social, paid media, partnerships, PR, and experiential channels.

  • Coordinate with internal creative, design, and content teams to ensure assets reflect the brand identity and meet the highest quality standards.

  • Manage ticketing communications and key sales milestones, aligning campaign messaging with commercial goals.

  • Support day-to-day campaign monitoring and performance tracking, adjusting activity to optimise outcomes.

Performance & Insights

  • Analyse marketing performance across all platforms, producing weekly and post-campaign reports with actionable insights.

  • Monitor audience behaviour and ticket sales to inform strategic decisions and optimise future campaigns.

  • Stay up to date with trends, technologies, and best practices in digital, music, and entertainment marketing.

Brand & Innovation

  • Ensure all communications uphold the brand’s tone of voice, positioning, and creative integrity.

  • Proactively propose new ideas, tools, and methods to enhance audience engagement and brand visibility.

Contribute to the evolution of The Night League’s marketing standards, tools, and workflows.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a marketing role within similar events, venues, or entertainment.

  • Proven ability to plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

  • Strong understanding of the nightlife, events, and electronic music industries.

  • Excellent organisational and project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency in campaign management tools, analytics, and paid media platforms.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).

  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, creative environment.

  • Creative thinker with a proactive, solutions-oriented attitude.

  • Data-driven approach to problem solving, with a passion for continuous improvement.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during the summer season.
