Ticket Refund Policy
Refund policy with cancellation insurance:
Ticket holders can ask for a full refund of their tickets by notifying Clubtickets at help@clubtickets.com at least 24 hours prior to the event start time, if the 360 Cancellation Insurance has been added to your purchase. This applies for delayed flights, illnesses or any other reason for missing the event. Once the event has started, tickets can not be refunded, we recommend contacting Clubtickets as soon as you know you will miss the event.
If an event is cancelled, we can offer to change the ticket to another date of an event equivalent to the cancelled one, or you can request a refund within 48 hours following the cancelled event. Please contact the ticket vendor or ticket sales platform from which you purchased your tickets. You will need to present your original sales receipt.
